Developmental Training Groups will return to practice on Monday, August 18th 2025    (For Returning Swimmers)

Tryouts Start: LRRC will offer tryouts on August 12th, 2024 at LRAC from 4:15pm to 5:00pm  (Please sign your swimmer up for a FREE Evaluation Here)

Labor Day: There will be no practice September 1st for any training groups or tryouts
