Developmental Training Groups -  Will be off from  August 5th to August 9, 2024  (There will be No Practice on these dates)
 
Age Group Training Groups - Will be off from July 29th - August 9, 2024 (There will be No Practice on these dates)

Tryouts Start: LRRC will offer tryouts on August 12th, 2024 at LRAC from 4:15pm to 5:00pm  (Please sign your swimmer up for a FREE Evaluation Here)

Labor Day: There will be no practice September 2nd for any training groups or tryouts
