Developmental Training Groups will return to practice on Monday, August 10th 2026     (For Returning Swimmers)
 
Age Group Training Group will return to practice on Monday, August 10th 2026     (For Returning Swimmers)
 
Tryouts Start: LRRC will offer tryouts on August 10th, 2026 at LRAC from 4:15pm to 5:00pm  (Please sign your swimmer up for a FREE Evaluation Here)

Labor Day: There will be no practice September 1st for any training groups or tryouts

Developmental Combo

Monday, Wednesday & Friday

4:00pm to 4:45pm

 

Age Group Prep 

Monday - Friday       

4:30pm to 5:30pm

 

Age group One     

Monday - Thursday: 5:30pm - 7:00pm

Friday's: 5:00pm - 6:30pm

 

Age Group Two

Monday & Wednesday

Swim: 5:30pm - 7:00pm

Tuesday & Thursday

Dryland: 4:30pm - 5:15pm

Swim: 5:30pm - 7:00pm

Friday's:

Swim: 5:00pm - 6:30pm

Saturday Swim Practices TBA
